RECIPES YOU CAN EASILY MEAL PREP

These are recipes I have made and tried with my family. Fewer the ingredients the better. I like things simple because most of us are looking for quick and easy, something that fits into our busy lifestyles.    


Here, you will only find recipes that are healthy, quick & simple and with fewer ingredients.


So if I come across a recipe that looks tasty but has too many ingredients, well then of course, I have to modify it :)
