As a coach I help clients recognize habits that sabotage their health and develop new habits, build self accountability (saying you’ll do something and following through), and create consistency in their behaviors. It’s not about “willpower,” but about setting up the right foundation, in body and in mind, to create permanent sustainable results.

To create consistency and adherence, it’s important to develop a mindset of growth by understanding your WHY, your challenges, your fears, values, triggers, your beliefs. Defining clear goals and envisioning where you truly want to be, must come first.
Nutrition is much more than what you see on the scale, the perfect meal plan, or activity level. We can have the perfect meal & fitness plan, but if we do not have a plan with YOUR best interests in mind, a strong mindset and healthy habits in place, it will be difficult to find the consistency needed to sustain any plan.

TAKE THE TIME NOW SO YOU DON'T WASTE YEARS STARTING OVER AGAIN
If you want to make a sustainable change, you need to understand how food works in YOUR own body (not just follow a cookie-cutter plan), manage your mindset, and get the support and accountability along the way.
This program is about being aware of what you are eating, how you are feeling, and making conscious choices repeatedly. People who develop a healthy relationship with their bodies, food, and fitness have built the skills through practice that allows them to be mindful, pay attention to their emotions, and tune into their body’s signals. They are able to stay consistent while sustaining a healthy and happy overall balance.
The skill of “listening to your body and learning what works for you” — is just that, a skill, and with practice, can be developed and improved as you go. (which is why this takes time)
Extremes such as restrictive diets, quick fixes and excessive cheat days (yes I am guilty of all of these) take the thinking out of the game. We find ourselves rolling into another day and another day and before you know it, we are back to where we started. The never ending roller coaster.
GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY
Being mindful of what you eat and how you feel takes practice and requires you to ACTIVELY make a choice. The more you understand your body and the food & activities that fuel it ~eating well, thinking positively and moving more will become just who you are and what you do.
I will be honest ~ this is HARD WORK and it WILL get uncomfortable from time to time. This is when change happens.
You may want to quit and that is exactly when you need to push even harder. Change is not easy, it takes practice and consistency. If it was easy, we would already have the results we wanted right?
I promise, if you are patient, you commit to the program, be honest with yourself and show up for yourself.... it will be life changing!
